Garbage Pail Kids were released in 1986 as a 44 card 'a' variation test set in the Netherlands and Holland. The series was manufactured at Topps Ireland and several test sets were released to different countries. The names and writing on the back is in Dutch and the cards measure 2 1/8 X 3 inches and are non-die cut (peeling from the edges). The U.K. "Garbage Pail Kids" starting at the 2nd series were then released in the Netherlands.
